The Upper Midwest Digital Collections Conference (#umdcc25) and the Minnesota Digital Library Annual Meeting (#mndiglib25) will be held jointly on May 6–7, 2025. It will be an in-person event held in Saint Paul, Minnesota at the Union Depot. There is also a streaming option for those unable to join in person.
Meet at 2:30 pm at the conference registration desk (outside the Red Cap Room) on the 2nd floor of the Union Depot. The tour leader will be Maggie Snow from Minitex.
The tour will take place from 3pm-4pm at George Latimer Library, the central branch of Saint Paul Public Library. Located at 90 W. 4th St., St. Paul, MN. 55102, the library is .6 miles from the Union Depot, about a 15-minute walk.
Named in honor of the former mayor of Saint Paul, George Latimer Central Library is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In addition to serving as a central hub for learning, culture, and community engagement, it also contains historical and other special collections.
